Atmosphera, a new community investment platform for live events, has announced its public launch in May 2026. Built on the infrastructure of Evedo Ecosystem, a full-stack event technology company serving more than 3,500 events and 750 organisers globally, Atmosphera is positioning itself as the financial layer the live events industry has never had.
The platform allows investors to back curated event campaigns through a revenue-sharing model, with returns paid from ticket revenue, protected by escrow, and distributed on-chain. Entry starts at $500.
- Atmosphera is live and accepting investments starting at $500 per campaign
- First funded event: Sunwaves Festival SW38, one of Europe’s most recognised electronic music festivals
- Two new campaigns now open: CODRU 6 Festival (Gipsy Kings, Romania) and Bikers in Romania Festival 2026
- Revenue sharing model backed by escrow protection and on-chain distribution
- Built on Evedo Ecosystem, which powers ticketing, payments, and operations for 3,500+ events worldwide
A Funding Gap the Live Events Industry Has Long Faced
The global live events market is valued at $1.5 trillion, yet event organisers have historically been locked out of traditional capital markets. Banks rarely understand the economics of live events. Venture capital firms want equity. Sponsorship deals take months to close. The result is a market where many viable events are either cancelled or produced on shoestring budgets.
Atmosphera’s founding premise is that this is a structural problem, not a niche one. The platform connects investors directly with event organisers through transparent, blockchain-based agreements. Terms are visible before any capital is committed. Returns flow from ticket revenue. The escrow mechanism ensures funds are protected if an event does not proceed as planned.
Stoyan Angelov, Founder and CEO of Evedo Ecosystem and Atmosphera, framed the mission plainly: “Most good events never happen. Not because the idea is not there. Not because the audience is not there. Because the funding is not there. We built Atmosphera to solve that.”
First Campaign Already Funded
Before its formal public launch, Atmosphera completed its first funded campaign: Sunwaves Festival SW38. Sunwaves is a globally recognised electronic music festival with 19 years of history. Its 2026 edition became the first to open to on-chain investors, and the campaign closed successfully. The result demonstrated real investor appetite for this model.
That proof of concept has given the platform confidence to open two new campaigns simultaneously.
Two New Campaigns Now Open
The CODRU 6 Festival Anniversary Edition takes place August 26 to 28, 2026 in Timișoara, Romania. The open-air festival, held in Pădurea Verde forest, is celebrating its sixth edition and has announced the Gipsy Kings as headliners. For the first time, investors can back the festival on-chain from $500.
The Bikers in Romania Festival 2026 runs August 14 to 16, 2026 on the Black Sea coast. Romania’s first and only auto-moto-aviation festival combines motorcycle culture, live music, and aviation in a three-day event. Like CODRU 6, it is open to community investors at the same $500 minimum.
Both campaigns follow the same structure: transparent terms, escrow protection, and returns distributed from ticket revenue once the event concludes.
Evedo Ecosystem as the Infrastructure Layer
Atmosphera is not a standalone product. It is the funding layer of the Evedo Ecosystem, which already handles ticketing, payments, and operations for thousands of events worldwide. Together, the two platforms offer organisers a complete stack: from securing funding to executing and distributing tickets.
Angelov described the vision in terms of infrastructure rather than novelty: “The events industry has been systematically cut off from capital markets for decades. Atmosphera is rebuilding that connection, not as nostalgia, but as infrastructure. The asset class existed before we named it. We are just making it accessible again.”
The company is deliberately not comparing itself to crowdfunding platforms. The distinction it draws is a financial one: Atmosphera is structured as a revenue-sharing investment instrument, not a donation or pre-order model. Investors receive a return based on performance, with terms locked before any capital moves.
Why Blockchain for Live Events
The use of blockchain infrastructure in Atmosphera serves a specific function: auditability and trust. In an industry where organisers and investors are rarely known to each other, the ability to verify terms on-chain and receive distributions automatically removes a layer of counterparty risk.
On-chain distribution also means returns do not wait for manual reconciliation after an event. Once ticket revenue clears, the smart contract handles payouts. For investors backing events they may never personally attend, that kind of automation matters.
Evedo’s existing role in event ticketing and payments gives Atmosphera a data advantage most new platforms would not have. The ecosystem already knows how revenue flows through events, which makes the financial modelling behind each campaign more grounded than a typical startup pitch.
What Comes Next
Atmosphera has not announced a hard cap on how many campaigns it plans to run in 2026. The current focus is demonstrating the model across different event types, from music festivals to specialty events like Bikers in Romania. The diversity of campaign types is deliberate: the platform is trying to prove that community investment works across genres, not just in electronic music.
With Sunwaves funded and two campaigns open, the platform is past proof of concept. The next test is whether the model scales when multiple campaigns run simultaneously and whether investors return for a second or third event after their first return is distributed.
